Currently, we only sell our Wonky Boxes on subscription. This help's with forecasting for produce each week and betters our grower relationships.

If you sign up with Wonky, you can skip weeks or cancel your subscription at any time.

By logging into your account here you can amend your subscription. If your having difficulty, please reach out to us via email or on our chatbot and we can make any amendments you'd like.

We don't have a smaller sized boxes as of yet but we're working on it!

We totally get that you might not be able to get through all the veg. What we suggest for single person households is to try a fortnightly or 3 weekly frequency of deliveries. If it's too much you can cancel at any time or skip weeks when you've got a full fridge! No obligations 💚

By logging into your account, you can leave a delivery note for us under account details. The note will be attached to each delivery.

If you have a preference as to whether you would like your doorbell rung or not, please add this into your delivery notes upon checkout

If you can't find your box, please reach out to us at hello@wonkybox.nz. We'll be in touch with you to help locate it or process a full refund. If this happens we act immediately and you will not be left out of pocket.

When we've began packing your box, we'll send you an email with a tracking number in it so you can monitor it's journey to you.

We will send you an email when the box has arrived on your doorstep.

We ask you to leave as detailed delivery instructions as possible. If you haven't entered these upon check out, please flick them through to us at hello@wonkybox.nz so we can add them to your order.

Wonky is a ZERO food waste business! At the end of every week, when we have packed up the boxes we donate any leftover fruit and veggies to food banks around Wellington & Auckland. Most of our surplus is given to Wellington City Mission which is then up for grabs in the social supermarket.

We rescue fruit and vegetables that are at risk of going to waste. This could be because they are Wonky but also because there is are too much in the fields, the produce is too big or too small or there are marks on skin. They still taste delicious but the main markets don’t want to stock them.

You are billed 4 days before your delivery day. We deliver to different postcodes on different days of the week.

We will send you a billing reminder 24 hours before payment is taken so you have time to make any necessary amendments to your subscription.

If we are unable to take payment for the box, we'll email you to let you know and we'll try again 24 hours later. No need to message in, this is automatic!

We pack and deliver your box within a 24 hour time period, but we need to let growers know numbers beforehand. Therefore we have a cut-off time for any order amendments and for new orders. To ensure no morsel of food is wasted, we order for the exact amount of boxes we have upon the cut off time.

Cut off = 4 days before your delivery day. This is when you'll be charged as per your frequency.

When you have ordered your first box, you are unable to change the details of this first delivery as it is already paid for and is on the way! You won't be able to make amendments within the customer portal. Please get in touch with us directly if you need to make any amendments to it.

Your delivery day is determined by your postcode and we're unable to change this.For first orders, ensure you order the day before your cut off for same week delivery. If you order after the cut off day, your order will skip a week as we need more time to collect veg. Check your delivery day here

For same week delivery:

Delivery day Thursday = last chance to order is Sunday

Delivery day Friday = last chance to order is Monday
