How can I change my shipping address?

Changing your shipping address is a two-step process. Logged and head to the “Subscriptions” tab and click edit to the subscription you wish to amend. Scroll down to the delivery details where you can add or swap addresses to your heart's content. Please note this must be done before you are billed for the order, you’d like this change applied to. If there are any difficulties, our support team can also action this for you.

How do I update my email?

Log in to your account and navigate to the 'Profile’ tab. Click on ‘Account Info,’ where you can update your email in the box.

How can I reset my password?

Login to your account and navigate to the 'Profile’ tab. Scroll down to password and you can update your password in the box provided.

How can I unsubscribe from marketing emails & TXT’s?

You can manage marketing and communication from the customer portal. Log in to your account and navigate to the 'Profile’ tab. Scroll down to Marketing Preferences to manage whether you want to receive emails or TXT marketing from Wonky Box.

How can I change boxes?

Swap boxes in the click of a button! Login to you account and navigate to the ‘Subscriptions’ tab. Choose the subscription you wish to amend and click ‘Swap Box’ button. Choose the box and frequency you wish to swap to and hit confirm. Your new box details will show in the subscriptions tab from now!

How can I cancel my subscription? 

Cancellations can be actioned through your customer portal! In the “subscriptions” tab, you’ll find a “cancel subscription” button at the bottom of this page. If you have any difficulty with this, just contact our team via email and we’ll sort it out!

How can I skip my upcoming delivery?

Skips can be actioned by logging into your customer portal. Just head to the “subscriptions” tab and click the “pause subscription” button. Then, just select a date and make sure to hit confirm! Alternatively, just flick our team an email! Please make sure to action any skips before your order amendment cut off.

How can I change frequencies?

Amend your frequency in a few clicks!

  1. Login to you account.
  2. Navigate to the ‘Subscriptions’ tab
  3. Choose the subscription you wish to amend and click edit
  4. Scroll down to frequency, click edit and choose your new frequency.
