If you're stuck deciding, you can always alternate between the two types.
Pick either a Fruit & Veg Box or a Veg Only Box and select how frequently you want deliveries: weekly, every two weeks, every three weeks, or every four weeks.
Can't decide? You can swap boxes through our online portal or alternate between the two. As long as you make changes before the cutoff time (4 days before delivery), you can skip weeks or cancel anytime.
We contact our local growers to learn what produce they have a surplus of, what might have some imperfections, or what doesn't meet main market standards. We bring the fruit and vegetables back to our Wellington, Auckland and Christchurch depots, pack them up, and get them ready for delivery the next day.

We'll deliver your box straight to your door on a Thursday or Friday. What's better, is that you don't need to be home. Leave a note upon checkout letting us know a safe spot for your box of precious goods.
And if your wonky needs change, you can log in to your easy-to-manage subscription to make changes to your order.
We'll deliver your box throughout the day on Thursday or Friday. You don't need to be home. Our courier drivers will leave the box in a safe or sheltered spot that you can specify at checkout or within the customer portal. Want to skip the next week? You can manage your subscription easily through our customer portal.
You’ll receive an email the morning before your delivery with a tracking number. Using this tracking number, you can monitor your box's journey to you. If you download the NZ Post App, you can receive push notifications updating you on your delivery, including delays and estimated delivery times. If you provide NZ Post with an authority to leave (ATL), the courier driver will take a picture of where they have left the box.
We ask you to leave as detailed delivery instructions as possible. If you haven't entered these upon checkout, you can do so by logging into your account and adding a note to your delivery.
When we've begun packing your box, we'll send you an email with a tracking number so you can monitor its journey to you. We will send you an email when the box has arrived on your doorstep.
If you can't find your box, please reach out to us at [email protected]. We'll be in touch with you to help locate it or process a full refund. If this happens, we act immediately, and you will not be left out of pocket.
