How can I update my payment details?

You can update your card details by logging into your account and following these steps:

  1. Head to 'My Profile' in the menu
  2. Click on the 'Payment' section
  3. Click 'Change Payment Method' button to update your details.
  4. You’ll be taken to our payment gateway portal where you can securely enter your details.
What should I do if billing fails?

If we are unable to take payment for the box, we'll email you to let you know, and we'll try again 24 and 48 hours later. No need to message in; this is automatic! If payment isn’t made on any particular week, the subscription will automatically skip as per your frequency. We will inform you of this via email.

When will I billed?

You are billed four days before your delivery day at approximately 10 a.m. If your box arrives on Thursday, you’ll be billed on Sunday at 10 am. For Friday deliveries, you’ll be billed on Monday at 10 am. We will send you a billing reminder the day before payment is taken so you have time to make any necessary amendments to your subscription.
