We deliver only to eligible postcodes, as indicated during checkout. Your delivery day may change due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, strikes, or supplier issues). If your box is stolen or damaged after delivery, we are not liable, but may offer compensation at our discretion.
Order Cut-Off Deadlines
For Thursday deliveries: Changes must be made by Sunday at 10:00 AM.
For Friday deliveries: Changes must be made by Monday at 10:00 AM.
Changes made after these deadlines will not take effect until the following delivery cycle.
19. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us promptly—we may offer a refund or credit on a case-by-case basis. Subscription cancellations or changes must be made before the published cut-off deadline to avoid charges.
