Refund Policy

At Wonky, we prioritise delivering fresh and high-quality produce to your doorstep. Please review our return and replacement policy for a clear understanding of your options.

Fresh and Perishable Nature: Our boxes contain fresh, perishable food items, and as such, we do not offer a 'normal' 14 or 30-day return policy if you change your mind. The food is likely to have a best-before date within a few days of delivery.

Subscription or Order Cancellation: You have the right to cancel your subscription or order, either online or by contacting us directly via email or phone (details available on the Contact Us page). To ensure accurate processing, please notify us before the specified cut-off date. Clearly indicate whether you wish to cancel a single order or the entire subscription.

Product Replacement: In the rare instance that we run out of a particular type of produce, we will replace it with something of a similar variety or size. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

Defective or Unacceptable Produce: If you are unhappy with the produce you've received, please contact us to report any defects as soon as possible. In some cases, we may ask you to dispose of the product in question. Depending on the circumstances, we will offer a full or partial refund. Pictures are always helpful to help us get to the source of the problem.
