Information for New Customers & cut off
CUT OFF FOR CHANGES & NEW ORDERS
We pack and deliver your box within a 24 hour time period, but we need to let growers know numbers beforehand. Therefore we have a cut-off time for any order amendments and for new orders. To ensure no morsel of food is wasted, we order for the exact amount of boxes we have upon the cut off time.
Cut off = 4 days before your delivery day. This is when you'll be charged as per your frequency.
Your delivery day is determined by your postcode and we're unable to change this.
FIRST TIME ORDERING
For first orders, ensure you order the day before your cut off for same week delivery. If you order after the cut off day, your order will skip a week as we need more time to collect veg.
When you have ordered your first box, you are unable to change the details of this first delivery as it is already paid for and is on the way! You won't be able to make amendments within the customer portal. Please get in touch with us directly if you need to make any amendments to it.

SUBSCRIPTIONS
Wonky is a subscription based business. When you join, you select a frequency for deliveries to arrive. These can be in weekly, fortnightly, three or four weekly intervals. We will take payment for your box each week, as per your frequency. You are not locked into a contract meaning there is not a minimum sign up period. You can skip weeks or cancel your delivery at any time - all we ask is that you do this before your cut off.
Our OG Wonky Box consists of a minimum of 10 varieties of produce, approximately 3 of which are fruit. We’ll collect the season’s best produce from New Zealand based growers and deliver fresh from the farm. You can expect alternating staples such as onions, potatoes and carrots along with a seasonal variety of what farmers need rescuing.
