Your box arrives on your delivery day - Thursday or Friday, depending on your postcode. No need to be home. Just leave a note at checkout with a safe spot for your delivery.
If you've added chilled items like meat or cheese, everything stays cold thanks to our chilled delivery system, so you can unpack straight into the fridge with confidence.

If your box contains chilled items, our WOOLPACK wool insulation and ice packs keep chilled items protected during delivery. However, we do recommend bringing your box inside and into the fridge as soon as possible to maintain freshness. In warmer months, it's best to get your order into the fridge within 1 hour, and in cooler periods, you have a bit more time – up to 2 hours.
If you're not home during delivery, adding a shaded spot to your delivery instructions can help keep your box cooler while it waits for you. You can also download the NZ Post app to track your delivery and get an estimated delivery time.

Yes! We’ve started delivering to select rural postcodes. Since rural deliveries are new for us, we’re gradually rolling them out to test delivery times and ensure everything runs smoothly. If we’re not in your area yet, don’t worry - it’s only a matter of time! You can add your postcode to our waiting list by typing it in on our homepage and selecting “Add to Waiting List.” We’ll let you know as soon as we reach your area!
Rural deliveries may arrive on a different schedule than our standard deliveries. While we aim to get your Wonky Box to you as quickly as possible, some rural addresses may receive their box a day later than usual, depending on the courier route. You’ll receive a tracking link once your box is on its way, so you can follow its journey right to your door!
