Avocado & Chocolate Orange Mousse
A simple yet delicious dessert ready in minutes. This creamy, velvety dessert combines the richness of chocolate, the creaminess of avocado, and the refreshing tang of orange.
2 ripe avocados
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
50g dark chocolate chips
½ tsp vanilla essence
½ tablespoon maple syrup
2 tablespoons milk
Zest of 1 orange
1 orange for garnish
- Add the avocado flesh to a blender.
- Melt the chocolate. Add all the ingredients listed above to the blender and blitz until smooth, scraping down the sides often.
- Spoon the chocolate mousse into glasses or bowls. Place in the fridge for 1-2 hours to set.
- Garnish with fresh orange segments or candied oranges and orange zest.
